  1. Barrett!!! I had to write you and tell you that I love your blog, and that I have made your “refrigerator jam” recipe TWICE and it has been awesome BOTH TIMES! Super easy and fun. I got a little inventive…the first time, I ended up with spiced -each-blueberry jam with St. Germain. So awesome. And the second time, I ended up with a balsamic-strawberry jam. Again, awesome. So, thank you for the expert (and entertaining) guidance! I also bought a big block of halloumi to grill, after reading your post on grilling cheese…
