Ingredients

  • 1 can frozen limeade
  • 2 cans tequila I like to buy 100% agave blanco tequila
  • 2 cans water
  • can water or tequila depending on if you like them a little weaker, or a little stronger
  • 2 limes
  • 4 ounces triple sec optional, but a good idea if you like them a little sweeter
  • salt for the rim

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, add the limeade*, tequila, and water.
  • Then juice one of the limes into the pitcher as well.
  • Cut up the other lime into small pieces and set them out with glasses, ice, and salt so people can put salt on the rim of their glass and garnish their drink how they please.
  • Stir until all the limeade is dissolved.
  • Serve on the rocks. Make it by the pitcher for maximum fun. And of course, Happy Cinco de Cuatro folks, and remember, there's always money in the banana stand! Or at least a way to keep some extra around with this Thrifty/$pendy Alteration.

Notes

*Frozen juice mixes always give their instructions in terms of cans, to make it simple stupid. Always start by reading the side of the can and checking out how many total cans of liquid they recommend adding. Most brands I've seen call for 4⅓ cans of liquid. If that isn't the case, you'll need to adjust this a little bit.
