Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour or meal
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter; diced

Instructions

  • Combine almond flour, sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt in the mixing bowl you used for the cake (no need to wash it out).
