Passion fruit, sweetened condensed milk and rum or cachaça make for a special and tasty Brazilian cocktail in this Passion Fruit Batida

Ingredients

4ouncespassion fruit pulp or pureefrozen section
1cupwater
2cupsice
½cupsweetened condensed milk
variation 2
1cuppassion fruit sorbet
¼cupsweetened condensed milk
¼cupwater
variation 3
1 ½cupspassion fruit juice
2cupsice
¼cupsweetened condensed milk
+ booze
¼ - ½cup cachaça or white rumor skip this for an awesome Mocktail or dessert
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender (I keep the puree frozen for easy storage). Blend until smooth. It should pour like a very thin shake. As it sits, it will separate and get a lovely foamy head. Add water to thin it if yours is too thick.
Serve Passion Fruit Batida with a lime or starfruit garnish and some colorful straws.
Notes
Makes 2-4 drinks depending on the size of your glass.
