Ingredients

ounces
gravlax
or smoked salmon if you can’t find salt cured
6-8
ounces
mascarpone
preferred or cream cheese
2
tablespoons
fresh dill
1
package Wasa crisps or other rye crackers
Instructions
Place in the blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Serve with a lemon zest curl, dill sprig, and rye crisps.
